It does back up the disk. It's just telling you that the disk is new, it
doesn't have a previous back up of it and it will do a full backup. That's
why it says "due for level 0". Level 0 is a full backup.
At least that's what I think it does. Try to recover some file from that
backup when it's done to make sure.
