You seem to not have configured the names of the index and tape
servers, so you'll have to specify them in the amrecover command line.
Also, you don't want to specify the name of the configuration file,
just the configuration name (csd). And make sure you have amindexd
and amidxtaped set up in the index and tape servers, respectively.
