Look into amadmin <config> force. You could script this so that full dumps
are scheduled for when you want.
However, I recommend against this. Amanda's scheduler does an excellent
job of deciding when to do a full dump of each file system in the interest
of keeping the time for the amdump run roughly the same.
Forcing full dumps will just screw up the schedule and Amanda will do a
better job than what you are planning. $.02
