Have I problems with backups?

Hi all:

I've an amanda 2.42 working in a client, and the other day I tried to get
data from past days.

The last copy was on 02-02-2001. Inside amrecover, I write "setdate
2001-02-01, and the system says that not have  index information about that
day. Only have index for the last copy.

The tape have 4GB real, and the amount of data average is 400 MB. ¿What's
happening?
