"exclude (list)"  only works with GNUTAR.  When we don't want backup one
subdirectory, for example, we want to back up /chroot partition, but not
/chroot/ftp/.  we need to set :

program "GNUTAR" #this is only for this partition, others are DUMP
exclude "/chroot/ftp"
