stange error with amflush

Hi,

Amflush returns the following email:

FAILURE AND STRANGE DUMP SUMMARY:
  taper: FATAL shmget: (8389632 tapebufs) Invalid argument
  amflush: ERROR Cannot flush without tape.  Try again.


And nothing is done. /tmp/amanda is empty

Any idea?
