Well, I suspected that by reading a previous post and uninstalled ipchains on
admin2. But it didn't fix the problem.
Both admin1 and admin2 are behind a hardware firewall on a LAN. I will
double check that admin1 isn't trying to go out the firewall and then back in
to get to admin2.
