The primary error that I receive is:
amtape: could not get changer info: badly formatted result from changer:
"/usr/local/libexec/chg-zd-mtx: [: 1: VolumeTag = : integer
expression expected"
My chg-zd-mtx.conf looks like this:
firstslot = 1
lastslot = 8
cleanslot = 8
AUTOCLEAN = 1
autocleancount=99
havereader = 0
offlinestatus = 1
OFFLINE_BEFORE_UNLOAD = 1
The error above is basically the same regardless of the amanda command.
(ie.. amtape, amlabel, amcheck, ....)
It seems like it wants a value for the VolumeTag, but I'm not sure were this
value is coming from. I was able to label the tape in a round about way,
but this did not help.
I did notice that the chg-zd-mtx-barcode file did have a 0 in it, but now
has a 'df'. I'm not sure when it changed or why.
Thanks for any help,
Brian
