It supports any filesystem which a linux kernel will support. It uses a special custom linux distro called Mindi Linux. In fact by default when you create a bootable Mondo disc set or tape+floppy combo it builds the Mindi Linux image using the kernel and modules currently in use on your system so that it is guaranteed to be able to support all of the filesystems you have compiiled support in for.
