There's nothing wrong with the sequence. Amanda's expecting daily-002 precisely because it's the next tape in the sequence. What you should do, however, is run amflush. Amanda probably left some backups on disk, and you want those on tape. Amflush to daily-002 if you have the time before the next backup runs, then change to daily-003 for the next daily backup. Or, if you don't have the time now, run this daily backup to daily-002 and flush tomorrow to daily-003. -- Arvid
