Hi all!
This may have been answered somewhere before but I couldn't find it. I'm
trying to compile Amanda 2.4.2p2 on a Sun V880 with Solaris 8 10/02. I
get the following error:
checking for flex... flex
checking for flex... (cached) flex
checking for yywrap in -lfl... no
checking lex output file root... flex: syntax error at line 1: `('
unexpected
configure: error: cannot find output from flex; giving up
I have installed
Flex 2.5.4a
Bison 1.34
Gcc 2.95.3
Readline 4.2
Termcap 1.3
Samba 2.2.2
Perl 5.6.1
I'm not trying to do anything special just a straightforward ./configure
--with-user=amanda --with-group=sys
