Interesting question... I assume that amanda would make a point of getting a full on each filesystem at least once every runspercycle runs as well as getting one every dumpcycle days, but I can't say for sure. It would probably mess with scheduling a bit either way, but, if my assumption is correct, it should work for you, even if it doesn't work as efficiently as is normally the case.
