That's correct.  Anne, you don't want to use chg-multi if you have a
"real" changer, i.e. one that has mechanics to advance from tape to
tape.  chg-multi is intended for sites that have several tape *drives*
and want to emulate a changer by having Amanda move from drive to drive.

As others have said, chg-zd-mtx or chg-scsi are probably what you want.
