OK, what about this for a concept:

* We pass a string which identifies the set (ie, the Config
name) from the server to the client
* The client appends this to the GNUTAR_LISTED_INCREMENTAL_DIR
arg passed to gnutar.

Potentially other dump programs could make use of this info
too, so the enhancement isn't *completely* gnutar-specific.

If someone *does* decide down the track to pull the
GNUTAR_LISTED_INCREMENTAL_DIR into amanda.conf, this change
would happily coexist with it, too.

Does anyone see any reason why this isn't feasible? Would
a patch to implement this have half a chance of being
accepted into the amanda codebase?
