Hello list,
I am working on amanda backup & restore software.I am facing a problem in
taking *"MULTI VOLUME BACKUP"*
My configuration to do this is added the below things in *amanda.conf* file.
*define dumptype user-tar-span {
root-tar
tape_splitsize 1 Gb
comment "tape-spanning user partitions dumped with tar"
} *
**
AND* *
*runtapes 2----->entry added in amanda.conf file.*
