I'd get the correct tape from offsite storage.
I have seen amanda start to request tapes in strange, counter-intuitive
numerical sequences after being 'made to' accept tapes out of sequence.
This sort of thing can mess the offsite storage and retrieval up even more.
Imagine what'll happen when the backup company deliver Weekly05 and amanda
is asking for Weekly03. I've had some very confusing conversations with
offsite storage people over things like this.
Best to keep it as simple as possible.

Please remember that an email is just like a postcard; it is not

sorting office and expecting what is written on it to be private and secret
is not realistic. Please hold no higher expectation of email.
If you need to send confidential information in an email you need to use
encryption. PGP is Pretty good for this.
