It looks like the server sent a request to the client to perform a Level 0
backup.

Dustin, can you please confirm, why is the server sending a level 0 request
every time?

Robert, can you run "Start Prograpms > Zmanda > Zmanda.....> ZWC Support".
This will collect additional logs like the zwc database which will help in
further debugging the information. Please upload the generated .cab file.
