The reason why the level that ZWC is estimating is not seen is because the logs are error level logs and nit debug level.
Robert, can you please change the log level to Debug. To do this go to "Start Programs > Zmanda > Zmanda...... > ZWC Config Utility". Go to Debug tab and change the level to 5. Click on Save and restart the ZWCService. Alternatively, change the value of the below registry to '5' & then restart the ZWCService: HKLM\Software\Zmanda\ZWC\1.0\Debug\LogLevel I would like you to run a backup after this. Then using "Start Programs > Zmanda > Zmanda...... > ZWC Support" collect the logs. Please collect the logs using the above tool since we would also like to check the zwcdb database for catalog entries alongwith the debug logs. Please send us the client & server logs.
