do more backup than the tape space (useful with a lot of holdingdisk).

But e.g. last month, amanda (3.3.0) filled 5 tapes (runtapes was set to 5) and put the rest into the holdingdisk, so I could flush it later:

Amanda dumped all with level 0 and what could not put to tape, was left in the holdingdisk.
The estimate size was probably below the tape space, now it is above the tape space.
