Working on a rebuilt u-sd card, my raspberrry pi-3b seemed to be fine according to and amcheck query.
But I get an email this morning: FAILURE DUMP SUMMARY: raspberrypi.coyote.den /boot lev 1 FAILED [no backup size line] raspberrypi.coyote.den /boot lev 1 FAILED [no backup size line] raspberrypi.coyote.den /boot lev 1 partial taper: successfully taped a partial dump raspberrypi.coyote.den / lev 0 FAILED [no backup size line] raspberrypi.coyote.den / lev 0 FAILED [no backup size line] raspberrypi.coyote.den / lev 0 partial taper: successfully taped a partial dump Then later, in the details portion of the email; FAILED DUMP DETAILS: /-- raspberrypi.coyote.den /boot lev 1 FAILED [no backup size line] sendbackup: start [raspberrypi.coyote.den:/boot level 1] sendbackup: info BACKUP=/bin/tar sendbackup: info RECOVER_CMD=/bin/tar -xpGf - ... sendbackup: info end ? runtar: error [runtar could not become root (is the setuid bit set?)] Quite a few stanza's of similar runtar complaints. What command do I inspect/set this with? The raspbian version of chmod apparently can't do it unless I've scrambled the syntax.
