I am occasionally seeing the planner fail with:
planner: host /var/imap-109 20170515103559 0 “….runtar exited with
status 1: see /tmp/amanda/client/XXX/sendsize.XXXX.debug”
in some (random) partition. Is it fair to assume that the reason for the exit
‘1’ is in the line:

./var/spool/imap-109/user/1234.NEW: File removed before we read it
and if so - why is that seen as a ‘fatal’ error — i.e. fatal enough to upset
the planner ? Any way to suppress it and let the planner do its work ?
