In my amanda.conf I have a storage def:
storage ... {
...
set-no-reuse yes
}
When the “set-no-reuse” line is uncommented, amvault produces this error:
FATAL amvault Can't call method "set_no_reuse" on unblessed reference at
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.24.1/Amanda/Taper/Scribe.pm line 1831.
The error message is the last line in the log; the vaulting succeeds but the
entire process aborts there (e.g. no email report is sent).
Quite possible I’m doing something wrong, but I’m not certain I could figure
out what poking around in Perl modules . . .
Also, being new to this listserv, please let me know if there’s a better
forum/recipient for this sort of reporting.
