No.

My Amanda server is an old machine, no USB 3, so USB drives is not realistic.

Depending on the amount of cloud storage you need, how long you want to
keep it, etc. I was considering Blackblaze B2 storage or Amazon glacier
(is it Amazon) as it is storage that you hopefully do not need to access
much, so in the cloud it can drift to cheaper 3rd tier storage. From
what I looked, their prices would be similar. I'd favor Blackblaze for
their no non-sense, very simple approach.

If I remember well, I needed a round robin of about 10TB, (new backup
added every week, but older backup removed at the same rate, so the
total storage does not grow much) and it adds up to 5$/month/TB. My
current limitation is the network bandwidth, until there is a cloud
installed in Thailand, I would use all my current weekly b/w just to
upload my weekly level 0 backup.

I had been considering other solutions, that would offer "unlimited"
cloud storage for personal use, but my use is not personal and it is
often "backup storage" so you have to conform to their file system, use
their application to do the storage (not API, but backup software)
etc. And you have never guarantee as when they will start limiting their
storage capacity.

One last solution is my own colocated server at a datacenter we have
good connection with, but so far, monthly running cost would not be
cheaper than storage space on the cloud and you must factor the
procurement and maintenance cost. Maybe if I replace the current Amanda
server by a brand new system, that current one could go to coloc.

Best regards,

Olivier
