It is the most recent development code, containing a few minor fixes over 2.3.1. Please see its release notes, also available at: http://www.ijs.si/software/amavisd/release-notes.txt Most notably, it addresses Courier loading problem, LHA extraction, obtaining am_id from milter client, and re-opening syslog socket. Also, the amavisd-release can read its 'mail_id's from stdin. Reading non-text replies from virus scanners now reads by blocks (no longer by lines), although it does not seem to have fixed the status problem on certain platforms, where the perlio issue needs to be further investigated. I'll take a quick glimpse on mail on Sunday, then I'll be away for two weeks. Enjoy. Btw, the 2.3.1 is compatible with the most recent SA 3.1 from CVS, which seems to be nearing its release phase and works just fine.
