If you were having the same problem I was, you were seeing this on every message. If a message actually is quarantined, you should continue to see this. You could also comment out your entire $log_templ and amavisd-new will use the default built into the program. This will change the text in the logs however. This could affect reports that read the logs. See amavisd.conf-sample for another modifiable example of $log_templ.
