Convential wisdom says 3 o4 or, or more... Depending on not only the
users, but the volume of spam you get.

Change it a few times, watch top during peek loads.
Try not to use swap a lot.

Bump it up, and down till you are happy.

Goals are to run as man as it takes to process the emails immediately,
if not sooner, without a lot of swapping.

Maybe try to keep the load at under 100%.
