Looks like your LMPT sender is initiating a session, and then timing out when sending the data (from what's giving in the timings). Have a look at your sendmail daemons to see if their LMTP stuff is set up correctly. Or switch back to using SMTP and check if the mail runs through the content-chain without problems then.
