This SA problem is now fixed in the most recent CVS snapshots at:

thanks for reporting it.

You may want to investigate why pyzor is/was timing out (the
zombies problem was a consequence of unhandled timeouts).
You may want to run:  su vscan -c 'pyzor discover'
every once in a while to make sure that the most recent pyzor
server is used.There may even be a firewall problem regarding
UDP reply packets to your pyzor queries.
