10.000 in half an hour is still much less than 5 million. :) 5 million is a very huge number for 2 servers. I suggest that you check your amavisd-new log. Simple wc -l on that log file will give you number of messages that was processed by amavisd-new. > Postfix filters are set to the max. That's a huge performance boost, as spam checking usually takes ~90% of e-mail processing time.
