Oops... I forgot about Amavis when I was describing the Bayes usage.
Amavis only does a global Bayes db. Manual learning via sa-learn can
be done as the amavis user.
You can run sa-learn on a single message or a directory.
sa-learn --spam /home/user/Maildir/.Spam-checked/cur
sa-learn --ham /home/user/hammessage.txt
Take a look at the sa-learn man page for more options and details.
