Ok, I can make the following in amavisd.conf:
$inet_socket_port = 10024; # listen on this local TCP port(s)
$unix_socketname = "$MYHOME/amavisd.sock"; # amavisd-release or amavis-milter
$interface_policy{'SOCK'}='AM.PDP-SOCK'; # only relevant with $unix_socketname
# Use with amavis-release over a socket or with Petr Rehor's amavis-milter.c
# (do not use with amavis-milter.c from this package or old amavis.c client!):
$policy_bank{'AM.PDP-SOCK'} = { protocol=>'AM.PDP' };
