It doesn't tell much, except that you only have one virus scanner and even that one is listed in a secondary (backup) list. That by itself is not a problem, although eventually you would probably want to install and enable clamd or some other daemonized virus scanner. Increase the $log_level (to 5) or run: amavisd debug and watch the log until the problem with spam scanning occurs. If the problem is within SA, running # amavisd debug-sa could also be useful.
