this is a server in a co-loco rack, there is no users on it (bar myself);
most of users use their ISP, though, some users use webmail and some use
smtp via 'popb4smtp'

so... will the bypass apply to webmail users ?
smtp relay via popb4smtp is not pickup, is it ?

I'm not very worried if outbound is not checked...
we don't have that many users, even less use the popb4smtp

I guess I'll start with pickup only mod at 1st
