the bayes files are specified in the global SA config file, running it 
as either user results in same.  I have tried this.

I will also point out that the bayes files are owned by amavis.

Again, running spamassassin manually as the amavis user results in a 
valid bayes score (running in debug shows correct location of bayes 
files to be used).
