I forgot to tell you. I'm running amavisd-new with qmail in a QMQPqq setup.

These are the options we have for qmail.

timeoutconnect  60  qmail-remote  how long, in seconds, to wait for SMTP
connection  
timeoutremote  1200  qmail-remote  how long, in seconds, to wait for remote
server  
timeoutsmtpd  1200  qmail-smtpd  how long, in seconds, to wait for SMTP
client

Which one seems to be the best candidate to change?
