It seems like this problem is not only locally affected. The buggy client
code in amavisd seems to make some mail servers goes a bit crazy when they
try to deliver a mail and the loop starts in amavisd/clamd.

I have seen a couple of mailservers connecting to our mailserver and sending
the same mail over and over, even though the mail _seems_ to be delivered ok
each time. For some reason the mail never leaves the queue on the other side
even though it should.

What can cause this kind of strange behaviour and what would be the best
step to take fixing this?

Thanks,
Nicklas
