Hello, I have the following setup on my FreeBSD 6.1 box : Postfix 2.3.7 Amavisd-new 2.4.5 SpamAssassin 3.1.7 Postfix & Amavisd-new use the content-filter interface.
I'm facing a problem with mails that have content headers like the following : Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Accentuated characters are altered, "é" becomes "é" and so on If content-transfer-encoding is changed to : Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Accentuated characters are not altered. Postfix doesn't exhibit this behavior if content-filter is disabled. Any idea on how to fix this annoying problem please ?
