The config file should be upwards compatible, so in principle
the 2.4.5 should be able to work with your unchanged amavisd.conf.
Nevertheless, this may be a good opportunity to start from a fresh
amavisd.conf that comes with a distribution, and apply your local
changes to it.

It is generally a good idea to keep depended Perl modules up-to-date
at all times. Try starting the new amavisd (with your existing conf
file), and you will know right away if some critical modules are
too old or missing - amavisd will report the problem right away
and refuse to start. This is probably the easiest and quickest way
to check.
