It is a functional and tested version, but not all work as planned has been completed yet - refinements to disclaimers code are still missing (no changes since -pre2), maybe also getting rid of libnet / Net::SMTP perl module which is poorly maintained. Main changes since -pre3: - pen-pals use of message-id references is now complete and polished (see release notes); - refined turning spam reports by AV scanners to proper spam findings; default rules also recognize Sanesecurity, MSRBL-Images and MSRBL-SPAM malware (which is mostly spam, not viruses) (these are third-party databases for ClamAV); (see release notes) - new key 'originating' in policy banks generalizes a MYNETS policy bank (see release notes for explanation); - enhanced set of SNMP-like counters, updated amavisd-agent; - fix always_bcc for milter and Courier; - updated README.sql-pg with more detailed instructions for setting up PostgreSQL database for amavisd use; Release notes are also available on-line: http://www.ijs.si/software/amavisd/release-notes.txt Mark ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
