One change in initializing Net::SMTP since pre3 breaks amavisd on my
system (using Net::SMTP 2.26). This version doesn't accept the hostname
as a named parameter. It expects the hostname as the first argument. (As
amavisd did it in previous versions.)
The attached patch fixes the problem for me.
