Hello, I have an interesting problem with my openSuSe 10.2 Server with this software versions: postfix-2.3.2-28 amavisd-new-2.4.3-15 spamassassin-3.1.8-9.1
The server works fine and forwards thousands of emails a day, but when I try to use the normal mail-tool to send from the command line the mail stucks in the queue. I recognized this problem when I tried to send mails from php. /var/log/mail: May 22 11:01:02 MYHOST postfix/pickup[28977]: 6FBD99EA92: uid=0 from=<root> May 22 11:01:02 MYHOST postfix/cleanup[30065]: 6FBD99EA92: message-id=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> May 22 11:01:02 MYHOST postfix/qmgr[26302]: 6FBD99EA92: from=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, size=450, nrcpt=1 (queue active) May 22 11:09:02 MYHOST postfix/pipe[30215]: 6FBD99EA92: to=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, relay=vscan, delay=480, delays=0.3/0.03/0/480, dsn=4.3.0, status=deferred (temporary failure) /var/log/mail.err May 22 11:09:02 MYHOST amavis(client)[30216]: failed to send() Sender: Broken pipe May 22 11:09:02 MYHOST amavis(client)[30216]: failing with EX_TEMPFAIL: Broken pipe I can't find any Log entries from amavis for this messages (I set log_level=5), so I think amavis dies when it is called. Can anyone help?
