my system is now working fine and local mails will be delivered as normal.
Thank you for your Help and excuse that I hadn't found the difference to
the howto, it was a hard day, sorry.
And thank you for the quick responses.
I don't now if it makes a difference, but I changed additionally
@local_domains_maps = ( read_hash('/etc/postfix/local_domains_spam') );
to
@local_domains_maps = ( read_hash("/etc/postfix/local_domains_spam") );
