The least intrusive quick fix is to install libnet 1.21 manually.

Actually there is a single file that needs updating: Net/Cmd.pm,
if you prefer a minimalistic change.

We are at 2.5.2 now.

There is nothing to compile, Perl is source code, compiles on the fly.
