Thank you both for pointing out the discrepancy. The $sa_user_config_file has morphed into a more general @sa_userconf_maps (with 2.7.0-pre7) which offers the same functionality, but enhances it to be a per-recipient setting if desired. I forgot to update the release notes, will merge the descriptions of $sa_user_config_file and @sa_userconf_maps.
