its more complicasted so, reson i choised clamav-milter is that it solves not haveing quarntine for virus, and only using standard clamav dbs will keep it safe not rejecting false possitives, on could use 3dr party clamav sigs for spamchecking and thus drop amavisd/dkim/spamassassin problem in hugemem usages
my own mailserver only have 1200M mem (2 * 128M + 2 * 512M) so i have to think on ram loads
