very happy to see ambit happening (after the initial blizzard of confusion
was over) especially living and working in a rural space. The ambit topic of
sites/locations for making work is very much on our minds. New Media tends
to have a very urban focus yes? Technology = Urban? Is it that too much
science fiction reading in the flush of youth has moulded a mind set of
future urban worlds driven by technology where green spaces have been
concreted over? New Media creativity should be ideal for networked living.
Maybe people feel that there is less inspiration in a rural locations.
Venues for exhibiting are certainly thin on the ground but there is plenty
of SPACE.

Look forward to contributions from all over this developing community.

Please visit our web-site and see what we do. Monthly updates - is it ok to
post news here? (macromedia 'flash' only right now Im afraid but nothing too
fancy. Just news and pictures and ideas. Html site planned but time is not
in great supply)

Any one else in the Scottish Highlands on the list?
