hi,

regarding the email group - why all the fuss setting it up by committee? why
not just establish a group via something like yahoo egroups then invite
people to join - the group can be moderated / or not as you see fit and
members can choose whether to receive daily mails, mails as and when posted
or not to receive at all but to check in as and when the mood takes. easy,
flexible and free.

as for members worried about spam - well its up to you what email address
you post to open forums.
