Somebody at Lapland needs to be reading Jakob Nielsen's "Designing Web
Usability: The Practice of Simplicity" http://www.useit.com/ or even going
back to that pre-web classic "The visible word" by Herbert Spencer, who
died this week.

Or am I simply exposing myself as a fearfully pre-post-Gutenberg librarian
who thinks that words, too, are important?
