Hi all,

I am researching social and community networking projects. Not specifically
arts projects - more larger scale things like University of Highlands and
Islands, or the Northern Periphery Programme, or community networking
projects that have happened overseas.

I want to identify people who have been involved at senior level in
developing these initiatives and have taken an unusual and creative approach
linking social agendas to cultural ones. Perhaps social and policy
organisations who have worked with artists or cultural organisations to
achieve their aims.

I am specifically looking for people from the social and 'civil society'
perspective who could write on this, and i'd be particularly interested in
people who run or work with organisations overseas (Like Oneworld, Northern
Periphery Prog, Amnesty and so on) as well as with initiatives like UHI.
(nb. not journalists and artswriters but someone who is active in the field)

Can any of you think of any leads???

Thanks

Alice
