Just wanted to say thankyou to everyone who as been puting input into this discussion. Its nice to see that this medium of communication and the messages that construct it, actually affords what it was constructed to do.
As Bob Hoskins once said "It's good to talk" ,an advertising campaign incedentally designed by a company called Semiotic Solutions(or SS for short, you would think they would have thought about the connotations of that one wouldn't you). And as a result of this discussion i am more than happy to say that i feel far less 'Remote' than i did at the beginning of the week, even although i've not really met most of you.
